What To Expect

  • We combine the “Flambient” shooting method with professional editing to create a clean, crisp, & color accurate final image.

  • For those days where the Florida sun is not shining it’s best, we add a Sky Swap to ensure clear blue skies.

  • Whether your seller needs to touch up some paint scuffs or some unsightly wires they cannot remove, we will remove and/or retouch those areas to remove certain distractions from the final image.

  • While we do not mind moving smaller items here and there, such as trash cans, pet bowls, or other random items, we ask that you have the house as ready as possible on photo day. You can find a list here of some suggestions to help you get it done.

FAQs

How far do you travel?

We travel throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Our prices include travel within a 50-mile radius of our studio in Tampa, 33605. That pretty much covers most, if not all, of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, & Bradenton County. Anything that is within a 50 - 80 mile radius there is a $50 travel fee added to the total. 80 - 100 miles out it’s $100 and anything over 100 miles is $200.

When will the photos be ready?

We have a next-day turnaround. Your photos will be delivered via email with a link to an online gallery ready for download & compliant with the MLS requirements.

How do I pay?

We accept many forms of payment. You can pay physically via cash or check, or digitally through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.

What if I’m not satisfied with the photos?

Your satisfaction is essential to us. We do our best to provide the same service and results to our listings, regardless of the condition. There are some things not even Photoshop can fix, so we ask that you and the seller do your best to have the home photo ready.
